A timelapse message from ISS to all Humankind --Further Up Yonder

Europe is said to collapse since late 2009 when the greece issue came up. I think that the EURO will collapse but not the EU.
The problem i see here is the power which has been given to Brussels (EU Headquarter). They control a Lot!

But there are are also a lot of political parties in many countries who want to cut that central descition making power.

I think that after the EURO the EU still exists, just without a central currency.

I personnaly hope it will be a gold backed curency.

And pls note that im saying that as a non EU member resident!

"As a filmmaking student, this was my first attempt to craft a timelapse video. It has been a time consuming process, but it turned out as one of my most satisfying projects.

Pictures were downloaded from the Image Science & Analysis Laboratory, NASA Johnson Space Center and edited with Photoshop CS6. Even if they were Hi-res images shot with Nikon D3S cameras, a lot of noise removal and color correction was needed, especially for those shots at ISO 3200, which was the highest ISO speed limit I’ve allowed myself to use, exception made for the last sequence of the spinning world, which comes from a sequenze of shots taken at ISO 12800. Daytime shots were taken at ISO 200. I’ve used Topaz Denoise 5 for noise removal, as it is very powerful and accurate when dealing with shadows and blacks."

I find it interesting that here on Earth, we of the same species, cannot find it within ourselves to get along and treat one another with respect...yet we're so interested in finding life on another planet.

When we see that Nature extends beyond the boundaries of our atmosphere, and realize that our galaxy is one of an innumerable number, perhaps our own differences won't seem so astronomical (hehe, sorry, couldn't resist).

Like pics from the Apollo missions? They had pics of lunar surface before lunar sunrise....no stars.

I say this because I am a firm believer in the "NASA photoshops their images" to hide extraterrestrial life.

For the same reason you can't see stars around my widefield views of the moon in this video, but later I slew the telescope elsewhere to look at things like the Orion nebula and Andromeda galaxy and there are tons of stars visible. It's all about the exposure of the image. For recording the daylit moon without over-exposing it (and same applies to the earth when the station is on the daytime side and the astronauts are doing normal photography) a fast exposure is needed, thus you can't see all the stars that are there surrounding the moon but are too dim to be seen. When taking pictures of the daylit ISS, the same rule applies, whether the pictures are being taken by astronauts there at the station or by telescopes on the ground.

It is only when they're photographing ISS and/or the earth on the night side and doing long exposure photography that you can see the stars. Astronaut Don Pettit adapted amateur astrophotography techniques to make it possible to take the long exposure photos that make up these timelapse videos.

Absolutely, but that is a personal matter. You cannot legislate morality, and you cannot FORCE everyone into that point of view. Just like taxing to provide for the "underprivileged" is a terrible burden upon the people. When free people are allowed to spend their money freely, they will certainly give it to those in need, and they will certainly do a better job at dispersing the wealth than the government ever could. When the State steps in and forcibly takes wealth from one person, and gives it to another, you no longer have freedom, but slavery.
