Will they be allowed any permit to replace that structure in the hurricane flooding zoned areas...? Or will this be a zoned out area of land where only the government or corporate gazillionairs could afford to rebuild by the zoning standards? Saves the insurance companies defaulting over having to actually pay out what they got paid for making them no longer a for profit only business...all those investors who invest in this would be so unhappy. Government reclaims private owned land. |

The reference is to the TOWNSHIP and TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES. This is purely a LOCAL matter to be taken up with the township board! |

Quoting: BRIEF I don't understand what you are saying. You mean they should be fined? If my home was destroyed, I'd have insurance out there immediately and repairs done directly after, but if my neighbors let their houses sit in rubble like a pile of shit I'd be pissed...no need to drag their feet, get the ball rolling and rebuild. It's not like one house got damaged. Not to mention local insurance offices most likely were damaged too. |

In that respect, Sandy was a Heaven- (or Hell-)sent BOON to Obama. Any homes being rebuilt will probably fall into the "New Housing Starts" category of the overall economic statistics, and then Obama can point to those statistics to show that the Economy is "improving". (Along with all of the people whose Unemployment Benefits cease on January 1st which will "show" that the percentage of people receiving Unemployment has decreased.) And if the home-owners decide not to re-build, that will fall right into the Agenda 21 objectives which will eventually make it impossible to build along the Coast either by excessive taxation of those remaining or by just refusing to grant the permits to rebuild. It's a win-win for Obama, and a lose-lose for Coastal residents. Dammit!!!! "I have come to the conclusion that all news should be treated like 9/11, assume it is a psyop with actors participating in a staged event complete with props, until proven otherwise, in which case assume whatever is being recorded, reported, televised, is distortions/lying by omission/outright lies, until proven otherwise." - Anonymous, 4-13-12 |

I'm sure you aren't stupid enough to compare a natural disaster to one house. You act like everything isn't so messed up on the east coast. Not to mention every policy is looked at so they can deny any without flood coverage. And many other things. How would they be paying for your rental car and hotel room? |

So one could assume your dead body is in your house correct? I mean your car is home and you wouldn't walk out of a evacuation area (not by choice at least) Last Edited by andawg221 on 11/28/2012 01:34 PM |
