My first was 40 years ago, it lasted around three minutes.
It felt amazing.
Time slowed down
I went to the window and looked at the clouds.
They went by fast, there was a strong wind at that moment.
I focussed on one cloud, as if my hand could grab it.
Then I moved it in the opposite direction, effortless.
That was an amazing site to see.
