If it's anything 18 or older or explicit it should be an offense and I'm sure it is, to play it over specified volume levels. I do live among whites. A lot of my good friends are white. I don't instigate violence, in fact I'm a very peaceful person. I've seen more whites try to start a problem with minorities than the other way around. This coming from experience, too. In the UK 3 people died from lung hemorrhages a few years back, doctors scurried about trying to find the connection between all 3 men, they were all in their youth.
