first, detox your mind .... smoke a spliff
then eat healthy for a week (no meat), but eat lots of veg with brown rice, fish such as mackrel and salmon, (not smoked) and drink green tea at least 3 times per day
take a good multivitamin such as solgar omnium, and excercise daily (cardio and light weights on the circuits)
you will feel (and look) better in a week
