OK I am tired a lot and just don't feel energized. Have been drinking lots of water(distilled) and taking vitamins. Don't really eat a lot like I used to but I'm getting the typical round gut like every other guy I know. I want to get all the shit out of my system the easiest way possible. Any input appreciated as I have some time off if I gotta hang by the throne for a few days
