If you didn't file a w-2 you aren't considered an employee under the law.
Quoting: LunaticFringe I dont know about that....i didnt file a w2 because i hanvt recieved any cash earnings.But i have recieved credit or monies toward my rent in exchange for services renderd. Didn't you ever stop to think that your working that many hours a week was worth a lot more than just a month's rent?
