I would start a thread on GLP to see what others think I should do. I would probably pretend like it is a thought experiment or something.

911 tells you they can't do nothing without evidence. And you see you're neighborbringing in a lot of Brown boxes. One day he drops one and spills, you see dinomite sticks roll out. He sees you and smiles. You report it to your police. police question him and find out he is a legal explosive supplier for mining companies. Now police say there's nothing illegal about it since he was a permit. Now you are scared. What do you do next?

If you were a nosy and bothered annoying little fucker that watched your neighbours every move in order to determine what was in their boxes, then you would have collected plenty of evidence to give to the police already. In fact I bet you would have a camera and light activated by movement and pointed at the neighbours and that would have been installed the week they moved in.

I can't punch his face in. That's jail and would look bad to the police. I'm a good neighbor and never provoked anything. quite and respectful. He seems taxpayers and unstable. everyone thinks the guy is crazy. police won't help. He says he WILL blow my whole house into nothing and gladly very the death penalty just to see me go. I take him very serious. What's the next step? I gathered he has lived there forever. my home was passed along to me by my parents who have 6 generations living there. He just doesn't like me. What do I do? cause I'm not moving. period.

Why would he blow up your house? What possible gain can he get from that?

I keep wondering this about preppers that stockpile. Will they insist on staying with and dying with their stockpile when particular SHTF and they'd have more of a chance of living if they fled with almost nothing?

911 would not say they can't do nothing without evidence. They would send officer and they would investigate.
Your neighbor would then probably become scared shitless and leave you alone.
I know, it happened to me.

Might help to have witnesses, (not your immediate family), go with you to the police and give a statement.

I suppose you could film his threats and take to the police however, that can be tricky as he can claim that you provoked him and threatned him before the camera was rolling.

trololololo. That's why I titled it Thought Experiment. This was a analogy for Israel and the Arab world. so I got a punch him in the face and report everything to the police. So don't you think Israel should do the same? Their government reported their proof which wasn't hard, 12000 Rockets From hamas and the total destruction by nuke by IRAN. So should Israel just wait and see if they get nuked before anyone does anything?
