I pointed out that his divorce is as common as ignorance and his usual retort of 'ignorance can be fixed, but you can't fix stupid' came.

To which I gave my sympathy for his need to use mirroring to defend himself when his subconscious knows doing so is futile. Someday he might realize that his conscious judgments projected onto others are usually his subconscious judgments of himself.

The only true form of stupidity is placing oneself in a mindset that one has acquired all the knowledge needed for one's lifetime. There are always new perspectives to be acquired. It is sad when one such as Brief so vehemently defends a static perspective for so long.

My surprise came when he didn't reply to me a second time. Maybe he is starting to learn from his mistakes, and meanwhile learning from them without having to make them more than once. Or maybe I'm just blissfully ignorant to the depth of truth that Brief spews forth.

I'm still trying to decide whether there really are disinformation agents here derailing threads that are getting too close to the truth or whether the threads are destroyed by suffering lost or just immature souls that have nothing better to do than destroy the beautiful and wise threads just like a spoiled child stomping on a beautiful flower.

In my view, disrespect, ugliness and disruption serve no purpose, but to cause pain to others. The ones doing it certainly don't gain from such behavior. In truth, they cause themselves deep damage.

Real truth must by it's own definition be limited to empirical evidence, universally attainable through repetition of procedure or method.

Anything else is based on belief, personal or collective.

If I knew that the trolls were simply young kids looking to cause trouble or even disinformation agents assigned to disrupt any threads that got too close to the truth, in a way I would feel less sad. Because if the reason that important and useful knowledge does not get shared is really because of angry, suffering and lost souls, that would be very sad indeed...

I have not found that to be the case, but I may be wrong. But, in any case, truth based on belief is worth pursuing.

Truth is Hate to Those Who Hate the Truth!

Any truth based on belief is not provable and therefore is not real truth. It may satisfy one's individual criteria for evidence and thus become a personal truth.

Where did you get the idea that truth must be provable? The kinds of ideas and understandings I am talking about can never be proven in this physical reality. I never feel the need to prove anything to anyone, but myself.

That is where Science has taken us completely off course. God, who we are and why we are here will never be proved by modern science and therefore is useless to me.

The only proof you will EVER find is to look into your heart and listen to whether it feel right...
