They took a big step closer today at the Haldron Collider.

Entangled particles do not communicate. That is an anthropomorphic interpretation of entanglement that appears in popular science magazines but which no professional physicist takes seriously.

Entanglement is an illusion created by a holographic universe that restricts measurement and observation to three dimensional space.

no it'll never happen since mankind is doomed to destroy himself over and over because nobody listens to the silence anymore

Great thread! hf

This is an old article I enjoyed reading:
Weird! Quantum Entanglement Can Reach into the Past

And a couple newer ones:
Spooky Quantum Entanglement Gets Extra 'Twist'

Quantum entanglement shows that reality can't be local
[link to arstechnica.com]
(original article: [link to www.nature.com]

"a new analysis by J-D. Bancal, S. Pironio, A. Acín, Y-C. Liang, V. Scarani, and N. Gisin shows that any such explanation would inevitably open the door to faster-than-light communication"

And for fun:

Also, I've been wondering what applications this will have for neuroscience.
