Over the next year or two, there will be other e-liquids coming out on the market, some with caffeine, others with painkillers, as it turns out, the e-cigarette vaporizers are also a novel drug delivery system. If you want to at least stop smoking combusted tobacco, they are well worth it. |

It gets vaporized, into a mist. The e-cig I have, has a small rechargeable Li battery, charges with a USB charger. I fill the chamber with the liquid, then press a small button on the side when I want to take a puff. It's got the " burn " of a cigarette, in the morning that's always nice, but it's not harsh, doesn't leave a foul taste in your mouth. It definitely cuts way down on the time you spend smoking, I might take a puff every 10-30 minutes. I was a two-fisted smoker sometimes, all day long, trying to kill myself actually, and the first thing I noticed was a massive difference in lung capacity, that was noticeable in just 2 days. I used to smoke so much my chest was sore at the end of the day, and I would have to spend about 2 hours every morning hacking up and coughing, so it's pleasant to not be doing that any longer. They hardly smell or leave a bad odor inside either, if anything maybe a trace of very mild pipe tobacco. |

I have a buddy who rips 3 cigarettes on his 30 min drive to work and I thought that was pretty damn excessive, hehe. What made you change your mindset and try and get healthy again? Was it the scare with cancer? Is the nicotine through the e-cig still dangerous to your health? Do you plan on eventually weening off that and quitting altogether? Congrats on the progress you've made thus far. "Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it." |

Maybe I can spend what time I do have left being of use, I know not how many times we get the gift of life if we receive it ungraciously, maybe god had a plan for me. Nicotine can be a deadly poison or a beneficial medicine, depending on how it's used. The pure stuff my housemate works with can kill you if you get a few drops on your skin, in smaller amounts nicotine shows great promise for treating things like schizophrenia, so it just depends. My goal is to wean myself off it, and the e-cigs look to be the perfect way to do it, at least for me. |
