Why must people constantly litter the board with garbage for a quick bit of attention.... GLP is ripe with oder threads that have barely begun to scratch the surface of good discussion. Less daily crap, more worthwhile converstation from older threads. This is turning into national phucking enquirer.

Maybe the lamestream media is right, they're not trying to dumb us down, they just give people what they want. That's what they say and there may be some truth to it.

I hear ya, OP. It's like panning for gold in a septic tank. And they know how hard it would be to gather up all the quality posters into one separate board, esp. if not connected to this one's management. I've been in a lot of boards, but they all seem to rot after a while. So we "dumpster dive" for any scrap of "food". Those who know all the answers haven't heard all the questions.
