You lucky ducks. I don't even have the energy to do that. I just feel deep pangs of gut wrenching despair and sigh a lot. This goes on for a good portion of my day.

I use to do that. I had PTSD. My body would just suffer a stress related breakdown and I would be on the ground for a few minutes until it past. It sucks for sure. Take care OP and don't be afraid to seek help!

OP, been there done that. Lost my best friend to a long, drawn-out and thoroughly miserable cancer battle a couple years back....

but if you're just bawling and sobbing without any reason, wouldn't hurt to check out any physical imbalances that might be triggering you.

Sometimes you just have to cry, let it all out, and drain out the energy that builds up. There are so many things that can rip your heart out...but if it's recurring, well, sometimes we seek out reasons why we feel so bad. Then a person can get into the trap of believing they have to cry and feel awful because there is pain and injustice in the world, when actually you will be much more able to make the changes needed from a better frame of mind.

Hope you don't mind my interjections, but have seen so much, and so many, especially those who are trying vegan and veggie diets, can throw themselves into a tailspin, never guessing it's from diet.
