No of course they're not.

And Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman. Numbers 12:1

Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son. Deuteronomy 7:3

Ham (Kam > Kamit) is the biblical ancestor of black people, it is irrefutable judging by the genealogy that is given by the bible; (Genesis ch.10 v.6)
“And the sons of Ham: Cush and Mizraim, and Punt and Canaan.”

• Cush (Kush) is an hebraic word meaning « black » and it indicates Nubia, today’s Sudan, a country mainly populated by black people.

• Mizraim (Mizraim) is also a hebrew ("semitic") word to name Egypt (Kemet),
Thanks to the work of Cheikh Anta Diop, we know for certain that ancient Egypt was inhabited by black people.

• Punt, according to "The Oxford History of Ancient Egypt", designates an country in Africa:

[...] Punt, an African country somewhere between the upper reaches of the Nile and the Somali coast. [...] East African land of Punt [...] African region of Punt (probably located somewhere in the vicinity of modern Eritrea)

Christianity has never laboured under a greater curse than the many mistranslations in the King James Version - and some of them are even followed in some other translations because these errors have become traditional. Bible scholars know that there are many thousand mistranslations in the King James’ Version of the Bible; the eminent scholar Robert Young, author of Young’s Analytical Concordance to the Bible and of Young’s Literal translation of the Bible says in the preface to his Literal Translation, that in the King James’ version,

“there are scarcely two consecutive verses where there is not some departure from the original and these variations may be counted by tens of thousands, as admitted on all hands.”

There were two different countries named “Cush” in Bible times. One was Ethiopia, lying south of the Sudan in Africa. But there was another “Cush” in ancient times: it was in eastern Mesopotamia, or what at other times was part of the Babylonian Empire. These people were certainly not a black race, at any time. This “Cush” flourished about 1,500 B.C.- in other words, in Moses’ time, for the Exodus from Egypt occurred in 1,486 B.C. Now, who can we expect to find living in this Cush, on the east of the Rivers Tigris and Euphrates? From what people there did Moses take his wife?

First and foremost, all you people need to figure out what happen to Noah's sons and their offspring and you will have your answers. The 12 tribes existed in Egypt for over 400 years and it is accounted for historically. Joseph even took wives of Egypt. But if people think that they were black, then they are highly mistaken. Nothing wrong with being black cause black is beautiful, but to say that Hebrews were black is actually historically inaccurate. It is also a means to rob white folks of their ancestry. Look at Israel today... all of Israel, not black people folks. Do the math. Don't perpetuate lies.
