Someone went fall guy shopping in his shrinks files. Med school students fit the profile.

He was kidnapped and drugged then sleep deprived (no toxology report shows that) while he was dyed and his apt rigged.

A pro did the shooting.

The rigged apartment was meant to divert LE to the apartment building just before the shooting...so there would be no local LE explosives guy at the shooting.

Only the explosives guy could see the shooter get out of his gear...would know that a switch was made.
