Several things wrong with what you wrote.

I don't think the Jesus in the bible ever said directly 'I am God'. I'm sure Jesus is the son of god (Father, Son, Holy Spirit, I'm not even a Christian and I know this). Furthermore, the Jesus in Islam isn't a Prophet of Muhammad. The Jesus in Islam is a Prophet of God.

I think Palestinians and Israeli's (both) are the 'Children of Israel'. Some decided to follow Judaism, others Islam. Hence we get Israeli's and Palestinians.
