Israel wouldnt be able to commit war crimes so blatantly if Palestine gets the statehood. They would also get better response when persecuting Zionists for the war crimes they already commited. Thats why they threatened them with harsh consequences if they push for statehood.

I would think a lot of out of work lawyers with treaty experience would be in demand. If the STL is going to have 500 witnesses (put up in hotels @ UN expense you can imagine the list for all the ones that will be called on the UN 181 issue) Last treaty cases in Canada were dragged out for 20 years and the Lawyers won $100M.
