Avoid stress....a MAJOR co-factor..

Drinking lots of water and eating very well helps reduce immflamation..

Use coconut oil as moisturizer

Break up asprin pills (the white ones) add water to make a paste and scrub face very very gently or leave to dry for few minutes (be prepared to sneeze a few times)

Exercise, pushes out toxins. And avoid dairy and most sugars.

Once it has subsided you may be able to introduce some things back in.
