Because you conduct commerce with "money" rather than trade.

TPTB have been steadily diluting the value of money for decades and decades.

Think about it...when TPTB spends Billions and trillions on massive projects and programs....do you really expect your little 10 dollar an hour job will ever allow you compete in such an economy?

Envision it like this....

Your sitting at a poker table. You have 10 chips. The guy across from you has 10 chips. Everything is pretty even.

But the dealer begins to give the other guy mountains of chips in his stack. Hundreds...thousands....

Now He has a stack reaching to the roof. And you still have 10 chips.

You ask the dealer why and how he was able to give the other guy all those chips. The dealer says it came out of your debt...and after each hand your debt grows even larger and larger.

But you still have 10 chips...but now what are they worth?

On any given hand it may seem like they are worth the same...but thats because the other player hasn't pushed all his chips into play. He doesn't have to. But over time, he will win...and win more...because he can always out bid you.

SO even though your chip count seems the same as when you started, the truth is that now they are worth diddly squat.

Chips are artificial. They can be produced as a fiat currency at will. This allows the game to be rigged...it literally allows the "chips to be stacked against you".

Real commerce...and real money...was never intended to operate that way. Money was originally supposed to be merely a unit of measure. But when they went to Fiat currency...in affect its as if they took the yard stick and started drawing extra lines on it...as though that would somehow make measurements of length physically longer.

It doesn't. And your getting the short end of the stick.
