The buldge was the result of a botched surgical implant procedure. Rather than giving the appearance of a smooth rounded lift, the silicone implant is now able to be rotated 360 degrees throughout the surgical site. The resulting situation is an grotesque disk shaped malformation on the plantifs buttock with simple manual manipulation. Can you see the difference?
