Message Subject I think we can all agree that sharp (or extra sharp) provolone is the best cheese ever, but especially for cheese steak.

I'll agree about the cheesesteak, provolone is the cheese of choice, but I have to say that I do love a good, cave-aged Gruyere or perfectly ripened Stilton.
