Help Explain!!!

Well It was late in the day I just had got back to my dorm after taking A Chemistry, Bio, Anatomy, and A physiology test so this might be from stress but. I went to sleep and everything in the dream I felt it when I woke up. I was in a cafeteria eating and all the flavors were in my mouth when I awoke. and I got stabbed in the stomach and felt that pain too. The food was pineapples if that helps. Why could I feel and taste everything?
