The Truth About The Chernobyl Disaster

I was told this story by a man while waiting for the public library to open one day in Hillsboro, Oregon this summer.
The Russians were testing their scalar electromagnetic weaponry against the Ukrainian people, using them as guinea pigs. It worked fantastically well, killing 100,000 Ukrainian people. But this emitted scalar energy had some unforeseen consequences, having peculiar properties of being attracted to antennae and poles and high metal objects, which concentrated that energy. And one site that received a substantial amount of scalar energy converted into electricity or static electricity was the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine. There are other nuclear plants in the area that were unaffected, but unfortunately the Chernobyl Nuclear Plant’s reactor core was not grounded, unlike the other nuclear plants in the Ukraine. And that substantial buildup of electricity or static electricity started that wicked fire in the graphite moderator blocks, which resulted in the plant’s destruction and subsequent core meltdown and the release of a substantial amount of radiation into Europe.
I was told that the reason that the Russians will not attack the USA with their scalar weaponry is that with America having around 100 nuclear power plants, and all of their reactor cores being ungrounded, and their subsequent core meltdowns with a Russian scalar electromagnetic weapon attack would release an unbearable amount of radiation into the world. So that’s why they don’t use it to attack the USA, to kill off the populace like they tried against the Ukraine.
