so very wrong...the people were more innocent then, ate real food, exposed to fewer carcinogens... the beauty of a younger person maintained longer....traveling in third world countries where the poeple are less exposed...youll see lots of this.....the more corrupt a person is.....the ugliness shows thru what should be a much more beautiful framework...

I think our dna is changing, but there are still some goodlooking, nice people outside the movie world. Nevertheless directors choose ugly actors on purpose. It is a general trend. They paint the rooms with cold, rigid grey colors. The music has to be "dirty", you cant compose pure melodious songs...buildings has sharp triangle shape, etc

In the old days an actor or actress's public image and appearance was managed and controlled to the nth degree. There were not paparazzi lurking in every bush waiting to catch them in an unguarded moment. And finally, technology was not capable at the time of reproducing their image in super high resolution exposing the slightest flaw.

Plastic surgery.

hollyweird was all bleach-blond surgically enhanced frauds in the old days just the same as today, marilyn monroe had extensive plastic surgery and wore tons of makeup, she was actually quite gruesome without all the hype, hollyweird is full of mongrels

All they look for now is the right bone structure and face shape. Then pile on the make-up, make you purty.
