The mob in NY and Chicago have their own lottery based on the same daily numbers as the regular lottery. All the way up to the Pic 4. They pay better too....three times better AND NO TAX. Cash baby. Sometimes they even give you better odds. The lottery you see on TV doesnt even give you $1 in odds. The $1 tickets are tax included which means you are paying $1 for .91 cents of bullshit odds. Same with a slot machine...all taxed before you even play the numbers. |
