In that latitude, the sun should set in about @ 4 PM.

I ask this because there is proof that at this time of the day, the sky was completely dark even 25 mins before:

Its darker here then usual. Normally its not that dark at night here. There must be something going on.

Uhm. Very interesting what you've wrote. This picture ---> [link to spaceweather.com]

was taken (yesterday) in England @ 3.34 PM: is it right?

With the epic amount of rain here in the UK recently it does indeed seem as if something is not quite right.

I made a few jokes about us getting killed off with an epic flood to some friends the other night and said it was all to do with 2012, and then spookily enough, the new lynx advert came on the TV as i was talking.

True, BUT there is another story in the front page gallery, WHY?

Anyway if you click in the detail page from the gallery to view the exif data, you find that:

Date Taken: 2012:11:28 21:29:30 (and WHY two different times?).

BUT if you save the image in your PC and then check it up, you will see 20:38:00

SO WTH?

Anyway, just check the sky this afternoon as well for yourself.

The sun is rising and setting as normal.
The moon is, too - and is not tilted. It is unusually bright though but that may be because of the lack of pollution where I live allowing more light through....

Nothing to do here....

...just searching a little on the web and I've find a series of photos entitled

Dark Sky Before Sunset -untouched-

here:

ok that's seems more freaky than the topic itself when was started (a lot and seems to be fakery stuff with all those images), BUT that's it.

PS: ununtouched means NO photoshopped/elaborated.

Yes , I have noticed the nights closing in faster...usually this time of year its dark by 4.30/5 ish.....I walk the dog directly after collecting my son from school , we get home 3.30 ish and go straight out again , its dark by 4/4.10 most days and we are not even at the shortest day yet...not speculating as to why its happening I m merely posting as an observer....

I mean exactly what I wrote.
It's getting as dark as it always does at this time of day at this time of year.
OP has cocked up and made a fail.

I agree, nothing strange going the sun is due to set between 15:46 and 15:50 same as it always does at this time of year. Do you not think that if it were that abnormal the entire country would be questioning, actually the whole world?
