1659 GMT: For (I hope) obvious reasons EA, and the media, has been focused on Damascus today, but there may be huge news several hundred miles away.

Before the reports of the internet going down, I had received many reports of fierce fighting, accompanied by equally fierce shelling and bombing, in and around Damascus. Activist social media sites echoed those reports. Now the LCC, a prominent and reliable source, has a rather remarkable claim:

The Free Syrian Army has taken over three armored personnel carriers and ammunitiion belonging to the regime after clashes at the airport.

If insurgents are overrunning the airport in Deir Ez Zor, the regime may lose a significant base - perhaps its most significant base in eastern Syria.

I think that's the reason of a civil war. A NWO wants to take over and reunite the world by violent means..... Syrian state media say Damascus airport road has been "secured" after military intervention in the area.

Officials tell the Associated Press that the US is preparing to recognise Syria's opposition council as the legitimate representative of the Syrian people in the coming weeks.

Unnamed officials said the announcement would coincide with a conference of more than 70 nations in Marrakesh, Morocco on December 12. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is planning to attend the so-called Friends of Syria gathering.

The new status would be accompanied by pledges of more humanitarian and non-lethal aid for the opposition, but not US arms support.

Sorry to say that Bible prophecy is not fictional. You need to do some research. There is proof and records of Jesus Christ in other ancient documents as well. Israel is the apple of God's eye. When people and nations go against it, expect judgment.

There is no other nation in history to come back from the"dead" as Israel has almost 2,000 years later. A dead language (Hebrew) has been brought back as well as the ancient religious council of the Sanhedrin. They have everything prepped to set up a third temple if given the chance.

In an excellent article, Aaron Klein states that Stevens routinely used our Benghazi consulate (mission) to coordinate the Turkish, Saudi Arabian and Qatari governments’ support for insurgencies throughout the Middle East. Further, according to Egyptian security sources, Stevens played a “central role in recruiting Islamic jihadists to fight the Assad Regime in Syria.”
