A nation that prints its own currency cannot be bankrupt unless it chooses not pay its bills. It can suffer other fates such as hyper inflation if too careless with printing.
Quoting: Fred 21515285 so why pay taxes? since they can print their own. Because with out revenue coming in devaluation comes faster.
