Afghan police have arrested two men accused of beheading a teenage girl with a knife in northern Kunduz province, officials say. Prior to the attack, the girl's father had rejected a marriage proposal for his daughter. "Our investigation shows those who killed her were people who wanted to marry her," police told the BBC. [ link to www.bbc.co.uk] :Women in Islam: This is a misleading title. The girl was not the one who refused to marry. It was her father who refused the proposal. And before you start calling all of the Afghan people savages, you need to look at atrocities going on every day in this country. In my state, just a few days ago a 6 year old girl was raped and murdered. You've got sadistic people in all countries, religions, and races. It's not confined to just one particular group.
