Sister in law pregnant, welfare case

My 20 year old sister in law is pregnant. She dropped out of high school, has never bothered to get a drivers license, has never had a job, and lives at home. Her so called boyfriend doesn't have a job, has a revoked license for a DWI, and bounces around staying with friends.

My sister in law now has food stamps. She is one of the most ignorant people I know. She can't spell simple words, has no clue about world events, and is just plain dumb.

We have all tried to help her take care of things like getting a license, getting a GED, etc, but all she wants to do is run around with friends.

If there were a law to eradicate her and others like her I would not be too put off if I saw them come haul her away to a gas chamber.
