Tough call. But it would be Kirk and Spock IMO.
I'd want to see Darth Vader fight some motherfuckin Daleks though, and some raptors.

Data is the best droid in the universe. He's so much better than C3P0 and R2TrashCan. Data even got shot in the chest multiple times, and still said "greetings" to the shooter.
