Do you have any thoughts or already formulated conclusion(s) on what possible effects could spring from this 'alignment'?

Look up Amsterdam-based investor Charles Nenner; he invests based on sunspot cycles and their scientifically proven influences on human behavior. I'd call that an effect on consciousness by heavenly bodies.
