And why is that Sparky?
You can answer that yourself can't you?
After all your a supposed intellectual?
You said it with such conviction that I thought you might be frothing at the mouth.
Do you think there should be such hatred as you seem to condone even in the UN?
If the Jewish delegate went over and said something like...."I don't agree with the vote today as I believe it to be counterproductive to the peace process.
However, the General Assembly has spoken and we will abide by it's ruling. Israel is prepared to sit down at your earliest convenience to begin discussions of peace while recognizing your newly voted upon status.
All that we ask in return is that you and your country recognize us equally as the State of Israel as well....
Maybe it is a pipe-dream, only time will tell.
haha a person's heart is exposed by their actions.
These so-called Palestinians have no desire for peace. They have been launching rockets into Israel FROM THE BEGINNING.
Your farce of a suggestions to go up to them and "hold it to them" is just superior ignorance on a level that makes you an idiot.
Remember the CEASEFIRE that is supposed to be in affect RIGHT NOW? How well did the Palestinians abide by that? And who holds it to them? The U.N.? That farce or an organization that is all mouth and no action?
As I said, you are no intellectual but a mouth on a face spouting pride and nonsense.
How well did Israel abide by it?
Who shot first?
Since we are both in the US I don't think either of us know.

Palestinians claim Israel broke cease-fire
Published: Nov. 24, 2012 at 10:15 AM
RAMALLAH, West Bank, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- A Palestinian ambassador to the United Nations is alleging Israel broke a cease-fire by opening fire on 20 farmers in a field in the Gaza Strip Friday.
Riyad Mansour made the complaint that Israel broke a 2-day-old cease-fire that followed eight days of shooting and shelling between the two sides, the Palestinian Ma'an news agency reported.
A 20-year-old man was killed and 19 others were wounded in Friday's incident, Mansour said.
At least 170 Palestinians and six Israelis were killed in the eight-day conflict, the report said.
Lets go back a little further

Israel Violated Cease-fire 7 Times
US Media Misreport Latest Gaza Violence
If Americans Knew
January 27, 2009
American media are reporting violence that took place along the Gaza-Israel border on January 27th as, in the words of CNN, "the first incidents of violence since last week's Mideast cease-fire," telling the public that Palestinians broke the ceasefire.1
The reality, however, is that Israel had already violated the cease-fire at least 7 times, the Israeli military killing 2 Palestinian civilians and injuring at least 5, at least one of them a child:
Israeli forces killed a Palestinian farmer in Khuza'a east of Khan Yunis on Jan 18
Israeli forces killed a Palestinian farmer east of Jabalia on Jan 19
Israeli naval gunboats shelled the Gaza coast line, causing damage to civilian structures on Jan 21
Israeli troops shot and injured a child east of Gaza City on Jan 22
Israeli gunboat fire injured 4-7 Palestinian fishermen on Jan 22
Israeli shelling set a Palestinian house on fire on Jan 22
Israeli tanks fired on the border town of Al Faraheen, causing damage to homes and farms on Jan 24
This list does not include two Palestinian children who were killed on January 20th by unexploded ordnance left from Israel's 22-day assault on Gaza.2 (Additional details about the above cease-fire breaches and citations can be found in the timeline below.)
I could keep going but I think you get the point.
We just don't know who is telling the truth on this because we are not there. If you wish to believe the Israeli version, that's fine.
I choose to remain neutral.
