I think they can easily stretch the movie into a trilogy. The final battle scene with three armies all attacking eachother along with dragons should be pretty epic!

Quoting: Dixie Normous I don't know, I liked the original idea of two movies better. It's not nearly as eventful (naturally) as LOTR. But then again the Hobbit is written in a way that leaves the writers a lot of creative room. I trust that they manage to keep it interesting for the whole ride.
