Poor people are the victims of the private and government casino mafia, not the perpetrators, not the criminals.
They are committing financial suicide, old people on social security get really depressed and decide to risk all their money on gambling, when they have no other hope.
You go into ANY casino, ANYWHERE, and it's just about all senile old people, spending their social security checks.
