The other winner is from Kansas City. Probably a NFL player who bought 1000 tickets...  Not from Kansas City -- Dearborn, Missouri -- north of KC. Probably some dirt poor sod buster. I think there's a message here. Possibly one rich winner(s) and one poor winner(s). Who will do the most good?
