One of the winning powerball tickets sold was in Fountain Hills AZ.
Now if you look up Fountain Hills its a small community of some very nice looking retirement homes, exclusive golf courses and estates homes, next to Scottsdale AZ, where there are many wealthy folks who live there.
Chances are, the lucky winner is an old retiree already rich.
...so unfair...whaaaaaa!
