You are ASSuming that it's legit.
I researched lottery winners several years ago, and over 70%worked for GOVERNMENT in some capacity, usually state or local but govt. nonetheless. This was waay before Bush began his massive expansion of federal govt. My findings clearly point to something HINKY going on.
