Quoting: Leslie Zevo when mexico annexes texas from the secession the drug cartels will protect them from the fed govt. going to be one hell of a ride. Don't kid yourself, Texas could annex Mexico if it wanted to. But who wants Mexico? Rather have Mexico than New York or California.
