white bread is garbage, full of high fructose corn syrup.
milk is garbage also - I gave up milk 2 years ago and said goodbye to a $10.00 a week allergy medication dependency.

also because I didn't drink milk, I gave up cereal - which in my area of Canada, costs $7-8 dollars a box. If anything, I have (cheap) rolled oats with a little soymilk.

I make my own soybean milk in an electric milk maker I got on Kijiji for free. one cup of soybeans soaked makes 8 cups of milk - enough to last me for a month. I do pay a little extra to get organic/non-gmo soybeans (which is getting harder to find)

I can't afford almonds, they are too expensive here in Canada, but apparently that's a delicious option.
