overzealous judge who's prolly interested in the current "anti-bully" nonsense saw a chance for "change" and cost the taxpayers thousands in jail costs for a non-criminal act
the guy's an ass no doubt and his kid and that poor girl but it's simply not a criminal act it's actually cruel and unusual punishment
