Sounds like DMT

I've been seeing with my third eye in my waking state lately as well. After a diet change, water change, certain types of meditation, and actually smoking DMT. Don't be afraid of it. You're energy, you can never die. :) Also I've seen flashing lights right before my dream state, and no, was not the "po-po"
