How is any practice that effects the natural weather of our planet not geo-engineering? And given the definition of cloud seeding you just gave, I don't even see a point in funding that, as it is pointless.

Yes, some of the lunatic fringe also believe that "geoengineering" has something to do with creating and steering storms...but that's just more paranoid and ignorant fantasy. Sorry, just because they both involve airplanes and sky...doesn't mean they have anything to do with each other! Thank you for, AGAIN, showing YOUR ignorance about these subjects.
