Thanks, aliensbro, for the clarity about the solar maximum/minimum. Really helps with what my understanding of the subject of chemtrails is. Also, not really buying into global warming. Wasn't the last serious solar maximum in 1859 or something when things got bad? Probably as far back as it goes for weather record keeping. Good job today. You had a great argument/debate going.

I've been reading this thread...I get the definite impression that the "chemtrail" folks are definitely way beyond the "theory" stage, what with all the "shill" stuff and all. There seems to be real hatred for those who object to the chemtrail assumption.

Bottom line...contrails have existed since planes have been able to fly at the higher, and colder, flight levels. With the increase in traffic (more small jetliners vs fewer larger jetliners), contrails will naturally increase in frequency. I don't know what effect the preponderance of the newer generation of high bypass turbofans might have in the formation of contrails.

Finally, can anyone tell me if there is any direct evidence that these trails are responsible for material found on the ground...aluminum etc? Are there not any possible terrestrial sources, like cars? (which have also ballooned in numbers around the world)

I don't "believe" in chemtrails. I can follow civil overflights on FlightAware.com, and can ID most military flights by type using binoculars.

If these trails were so deadly, where are the mass die-offs of the population? Seems this is the intent, judging by opinions here.

Watched the first minute...WHAT ties all this material/pollution with airplanes??? What about all the surface transport vehicles, which has grown enormously, and dwarfs the exhaust output vs jetliners. No mention of how the material is tied to jets...just assumed.

Still no study looking for any source for the pollution...just automatically blaming it on some unsubstantiated "chemtrail" thing.

Glad to hear praise in atleast one form or another. Solar maximum really isn't all that big of a deal, the sun is just hotter, and produces more and bigger CME's. It's just a period of increased energy in our solar system.

Well they're clearly not deadly. As in cyanide or something along those lines. The idea is that they're harmful. I draw that conclusion because it is very easy for me to find major differences in real clouds and clouds that came from a chemtrail. Therefore, if this happens in front of my eyes, but i'm left with no explanation as to why, I just assume the worst. Especially from government, after 9/11 nothing surprises me.

Yeah and I can't understand WHY! People really hate the idea of chemtrails, but I feel it is very important to spread awareness of them. I can't bring myself to stop trying simply because someone doesn't believe. If anything at all, my intention is to make them think. Someone's gotta be the martyr.

I remember seeing persistant contrails when I was a kid... that's 40-50 years ago. Mind you, air traffic was notably lighter back then unlike today where everyone seems to fly...could this massive increase in air traffic, with more efficient aircraft flying at higher flightlevels be a possible cause of folks suddenly being aware of them?

Or have chemtrails been a reality for that long?

For any crusader of the chemtrail movement, it is blatantly obvious the differences between chemtrails/contrails. No doubt that some trails are just contrails, and those are very easy to point out. I think they've been in place for so long, that people actually believe they're normal. It's all about conditioning.
