First of all, The percentages of abuse from Catholic priests pales in comparison to the allegations accusing protestant ministers.. You never hear of them in the news causet the 3rd street reformed universalist church of god or whatever has got zero money to extort.. The church has paid out billions of dollars in reparations to the families many of them false accusations.. less than half of one percent of catholic priests are accused of this behavior,, Its like any other field, coaching, teaching etc.. Yes, Christianity was FORCED onto most nations, so what people did was simply change the name of pagan celebrations into christian ones. That's all there is to it. I'm not sure about USA, but in my country the pagan traditions are so obvious it's almost ironic people consider themselves Christians. On the other hand, what exactly are christian traditions? Now that I think about it, I'm not even sure they have any.

We know Jesus was born in the Spring because the Shepards were sleeping in the field which they only did during the time the Sheep were lambing.
