Early on Nov. 29 morning, Lindsay Lohan was arrested and charged with third-degree assault. Around 4 a.m., the actress, who was in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District at club Avenue, was arrested for an alleged altercation with a woman at the nightclub, and by 8 a.m., Lohan had been released.
