My family uses unrefined coconut oil as a moisturizer for our bodies and to keep frizz out of my daughters hair.

We cook with refined coconut oil, which is awesome! A little goes a long way and there is no "coconut" flavour, just all the benefits that come with it.

We also use coconut oil for oil pulling with a lot of success too!
