Coconut oil is only good for soap. Not fit for human consumption!

You can only buy that at soapmaking outlets (I order mine on the Internet in 50 lb. buckets). However, the edible coconut oil we are talking about here is not hydrogenated. Virgin or unrefined is what you'll find at the supermarkets. There is a big difference. Maybe you should ask you boss to research the products more before taking all of it off the shelf? You may be taking a good thing off the shelf and losing money because of it.
