Sounds like your Uncle is hitting the Pipe man. He is doing the Crack Dance looking for crumbs on the floor, no doubt. Classic symptoms. He wants another Bump (Crack Rock). I have seen this way to many times when living in NYC.

Also I think your dog may have gotten into your uncles stash. That would explain your uncle looking for it on the floor and your dog is cracked out pissing and shitting everywhere.

Fuck the Fire Department, call the police and turn him in. And also you may want to follow your dog around with a baggy until he poops again. You never know, maybe you can sell what you get back from the dog. Just call it "Some Good Shit" and I guarantee it will sell. Crack heads will buy anything resembling a crack rock. Sorry OP I hope I am wrong and your Uncle is Ok and just had a minor mental breakdown. But from what you are describing it doesn't sound good.

hey man i was panicking i never seen any shit like that before. And the cops did come (they arrived first) and you know what they did to him? They beat him the fuck up and slammed him on the floor! For absolutly nothing! They said he was smoking crack cocaine. Then the paramedics came and looked him over, they said he is not on drugs, they think he is having some kind of metal brake down and needs to go to the hospital immediatly. Oh on top of that he has a broken arm now and needs stitches on his forehead. I.m freaking out now

crack addicts do this..my ex's aunt and uncle did this every time they got high on it.

I' m not trolling. And they found out what was wrong with him. Pretty quickly actually. He wasn't on drugs and did not have a mental fuck up. His blood glucose levels dropped to 29. apparently my uncle is a diabetic. that would explain the sweating and him acting very strange. They shot him up with some kind of shit and he popped right out of it. He will be home in the morning depending on how bad his arm is broke. and also how his scans come back on his head. What a fucking night this has been. I think i will have a beer!
