Just because the criminal is a cop does not make it lawful. Yawn, you are boring... So (as I have said) on a Philosophical level you may be correct, but in reality it does not work. He who has the Power has the "right"- There is no magical "right" that everyone has to agree with. The guy with the most guns wins. Fair? nope.But its the way it is.
